We can expose your artwork onto a screen for you! Please email us your design and we will expose it onto an aluminium screen. Artwork must adhere to the specifications laid out below, with further details in this blog:

Portrait PDF format only
Flattened
300 dpi resolution
Pure black #000 and white with no greys or colours
Sized to the artwork page sizes laid out below
Clearance of at least 1cm within the page size, all around the edge
Artwork must adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

If artwork does not meet these specifications, the quality of your exposed screen may be affected. This is at the customer's own risk.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I order a screen?
Email your artwork to us, along with details of your request and any other items you would like to add to your order. Once your artwork has been approved, we will send an invoice with a link to make payment. If your artwork isn't ready, we will respond with recommendations to make changes where possible.

How long will it take?
The lead time for exposed screens is currently approximately 2 weeks from when payment is received (via an invoice we will send after artwork is approved).

How much is postage?
£3.45 for standard delivery or £7.50 for tracked express courier. Delivery for A2 screens costs £7.50 as these are too large for the standard post (even for orders above £100).

Which mesh should I choose?
Usually, 43T mesh is best for printing onto fabric and 90T is best for printing onto paper. Please email us to discuss mesh options if you're not sure what you need.

Will I get a screen film?
Screen films are usually sent with your finished screen. Please note that screen films are used and so may have areas cut out, marks or tape. They are intended to help with registration and for your own records only.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we are unable to post custom screens outside of mainland UK.
